BASE

	WhizQuiz© uses the BASE tag to generate the HTML BASE tag. The URL should be an absolute URL (begins with http://). This tag provides the base URL for other WhizQuiz© tags using relative URLs including: *BGURL, HELPIMAGEURL, and both IMGURL* tags (in Quiz Header) (in Quiz Body). It is also the base URL for any HTML or JavaScript tags using relative URLs, including anchor (A) or image (IMG) tags. The same base URL is used in the Quiz, Results, and Info pages.
