[SFRA-L] Anyone knows R. Alain Everts?

Found a Public Records Index listing for him at Ancestry.com:

Randall Alain Everts phone 249-2691 (no area code given), PO Box 864,  
Madison, WI, 53701-0864

That goes back to 1993. But he's probably still alive; California  
birth index says he was born there in 1946.
