Anybody know anything abt Lem's politics? I've read lots abt him, and most of what's translated in English by him, but it occurs to me there's no coherent portrait of political affiliations. That's ok, since he's a novelist. But for the very didactic writer that he is, I'm wondering why he isn't more overtly political.
Seems a general cynical humanist, anarchist tendencies, and with Groucho, the refusal to join any club that would have him as a member.
Thots?
