[SFRA-L] Censorship of Serenity

I attended a state university where the campus police had roughly the 
same jurisdiction and authority as the highway patrol. However, their 
training and professionalism went well beyond the usual "rent-a-cops" 
that make up most campus police. I doubt if the posters would provide 
grounds for arrest, in any case.
