Hi all:

Not sure about Stout, but here at Stony Brook, NY, the campus police are full-fledged members of the Suffolk County Police. They've just been assigned to campus as their district. We do have a small lock-up on campus, but they can also take arrestees to the county jail.

Steve: I hope you noted the panel idea(s) for Detroit. They sound good! Thanks.
