There is a short story by Vandana Singh, called "Conservation Laws" that would fit the bill. Located in her collection entitled The Woman Who Thought She Was a Planet and Other Stories.
Jorge Luis Borges's short story "The Garden of Forking Paths"--though I don't believe that his story is predicated on the ideas of quantum mechanics.
Of course, Joanna Russ's novel The Female Man supposes multiple universes, though they do not branch off with each choice/event.
