[SFRA-L] clarification re: Oxford Handbook chapter

In reply to my recent query, several of you have suggested scholars  
who work on comics/graphic novels. I should have made clear that that  
is the subject of a separate chapter, for which I have a confirmed  
author. Here are the relevant chapters on SF in the arts (visual and  
otherwise):

1. Film

2. Radio and Television

3. Animation

4. Illustration and Graphic Arts

5. Comics

6. Videogames

7. Digital Arts and Hypertext

8. Music

9. Performance Art

10. Architecture

11. Theme Parks



I've got confirmed or tentative authors for all of them save for #4.
