Ah, but how could we forget that there already is a sequel to *Blade Runner*: 1998's *Soldier,* another film about replicants who discover their human hearts. *Soldier* has a script by David Peoples, who also wrote the script for Blade Runner. It even contains a reference to the battle at Tannhauser Gate. That reference is the best thing about that film.
