What's interesting to me about this list is not that it misses names but 
that it misses the names of just about all the genuinely experimental 
poets I know of--even though I consider James an enlightened 
representative of The Establishment (and, I'm sure, will agree that his 
list is incomplete).  Later I'll post my (sure-to-be-incomplete) list of 
names left off.
