It's becoming more and more obvious that, whatever the original intent of this sub-Duchamp fiasco, what's being plugged  into is the Eliza Syndrome.

  Perhaps you're one of the few non-zombie poets left on earth...it seems many poets are writing poems they don't remember writing, sleep-writing poems. It's the water, it's gone airborne. Run now, Bob, run, before it's too late.
