[New-Poetry] Picking Pinsky for a Roethke Award

As we all know on this list, I have a soft spot for Robert Pinsky (as much
as I do for Finnegan, the Oldest Mole, the Grumpy Bob, David G. the
Not-Grumpy, Cervantes of the Mills, Hal-the-hoy, ...
