Hey Bob,
Where did you find the term "jump-cut poetry" to
describe Eliot and Pound et al.? Did you invent it? If
so, when/where? Can I use it if I quote you?
Also, my two cents in re: lyrics. Jeff Mangum of
Neutral Milk Hotel writes wonderful stand-alone lyrics
-- not to mention the amazing songs. At 20-odd songs,
it's a small corpus, but essential, to my mind.
