Edwin Morgan is 88. He has set his sights on living to 90, and he's so 
stoically stubborn that he may well do so. When his doctor told him he'd got 
prostate cancer, he said he could have anything between six months and six 
years. "I'll have six years, please," said Morgan. That was nine years ago.
