The NY Times obit for Tom Disch (

me wish I had known him.

And who knew he wrote "Brave Little Toaster"? I guess all the best
children's authors are deeply warped (e.g. Shel Silverstein, Roald Dahl,
James Barrie, Lewis Carroll)
