[New-Poetry] Recommending Poetry Presses?

Well, that's the main reason behind the prefernce for a print book:
being vetted by a committee and/or judge and the effort and expense of
production, all with an eye toward a step up the academic and MFA
ladder.  The big plus to online publication is that nothing is ever
out of print.
