[New-Poetry] Recommending Poetry Presses?

Aaarrggh! Please please please do not equate p.o.d. with self
publication. Yes, a lot of writers self-publish using the p.o.d.
process, but a lot of small presses use the p.o.d. process to publish
their authors. Self publication and print-on-demand are NOT the same
thing.

That being yelled, I too don't get the review thing. Garbage printed
and warehoused in huge quantities by traditional publishers gets
reviewed in large circulation newspapers and magazines. And, as Chris
points out, only a small percentage of non-mainstream work gets
reviewed. blah blah blah It's all self-referential.
