What, I'd have ten thousand students and, as DIRECTOR, no assistant to 
look up what each needs to get a degree?  (As lit majors, they couldn't 
be expected to figure it out on their own.)  Good grief, give me an 
extra half-a-K, and I could make a program to do it.  I'm amazed that 
you don't have such a program.

But it's the same old story: everybody's over-paid except those in my 
field.  And administrators are parasites on teachers who are parasites 
on art-producers, who starve.
