Where Is Knott's rebuke of Silliman's choice of Saroyan's book for the
Williams prize, James? I didn't find it among the comments at
Silliman's blog--all of which, surprisingly, have so far been positive.
(What's going on?) Saroyan's minimalist poems are novelties only to
someone with no sensitivity to the haiku moment, or sensation/insight
haiku and poems like them provide those capable of experiencing them.
