[New-Poetry] Calling Dr. Giggles

By and large they've earned the right. Where would poetry
be without the considerable efforts and resources expended
of many editors and publishers over the years? Often doing
what they do for little more than the love of the art they 
themselves engage in.

One of the?asst.?editors of Poetry (in the special Humor issue) complained that there was dearth of comic poetry among the many submissions they get each year.
