Henry, not Peter.  I was on the NBA judging panel once.  We came to NY with a 
short list.  At lunch, the chairman said, "I suggest we give the prize to X.  
Then we can enjoy our lunch."  We all agreed.  It was a good lunch.  I doubt 
that other panels have deliberated so undeliberately, though.
