Strange. Once I am logged into Blogger and viewing one of my blogs, if
I view the comments page I see a little trash icon right next to the
date below each icon. This is the same page that others would use to
view or add comments. You should also see a blue bar at the very top
of the browser window, another indication you are logged in.
