  Both the British Poetry Library (closed due to renovations) and Scottish Poetry Libraray
  have lost quotations pages...where sometimes people are able to get help
  finding the author or a poem title based on a snippet or half-remembered quote. 
  This would be nice thing for Academy of American Poets or the Poetry Foundation, 
  flush with cash and intent on flushing it fast, to start...
