The Merrill poem to which David referred a few days back is "Days of
1964." In the same volume, *Nights and Days*, he also has a poem called
"1939."
Others:
Charles Olson, "May 20, 1959" and "May 31, 1961," in the Collected
Poems; "Maximus, March 1961--I" and "II,"December, 1960," "February 3rd.
1966 High Tide," etc., etc.--there's a ton of Maximus poems that use
the date as title, though that date very often has no particular
resonance beyond marking the date of composition.
