I'd go even further and question the damage when some enthusiast posts
the poem and link to the book or a podcaster recites it in a podcast--
I just can't imagine this actually hurts sales. There are certainly
some legitimate complaints-- people getting paid for stealing work,
plagiarism in the traditional sense... but the idea that our right
should extend everywhere and prevent every use is no different from
people in the early days of aviation wanting to charge to fly over
their houses and property.
