a wonderful poem,
The water shaped.

the dissipating atmosphere, and that woman, of water, ...

From another out of print collection on my shelf:

  DISSOLUTION

Dissolving shapes, moving; --a feeling of unrest,
deceptive wateriness--the sound of water surrounds you,
changing, deep, uncontrollable; you too are uncontrollable,
  almost free.
              Later, perplexed women
and some old men came with pitchers, tin‑cans, pots
to collect water for their home use. The water shaped.
The river silent as if empty. Dusk was failing. Doors were shutting.
Only one woman without a pitcher remained in the garden,
made of water, transparent in the moonlight, a flower in her hair.
