Oh, Linda, I just got your card this morning.  I hope Bill is feeling fine 
now.
It's awful, isn't it?
When something bad happens to me I always console myself by saying, well, I 
can get a good poem
out of this.  But I can't write at all now.

Maybe on the other side.
