[New-Poetry] Introduction

I just found out about that issue.  It¹s topic was called the ³Philosophies
of Poetry² (#2) but apparently it¹s very difficult to find these days.  I¹d
be curious to find out what sort of work appeared in it, if anyone¹s read it
and remembers.
