I think David has done it a few times.  I don't know for sure, but I suspect 
that he hasn't perused a single book of visual poems, yet he's expressed 
more than a few opinions on their being deservedly marginalized.  I'll say 
this, though: his expressed opinions are almost always much more considered 
than mine.
