BMR is published
from our new location two blocks south of the James River in Richmond,
Virginia. Portions of issues reside on computers in Blacksburg, Virginia
and Atlanta, Georgia. Issues may not be archived on any machine and
may not be used for any purpose without written consent of the publisher.
