Membership and Pre-Registration Form
Hello IAFA-ers,
The 2010 membership and ICFA-31 pre-registration form has now been posted to our website at www.iafa.org. Click on the "Conference Info" tab and scroll down to the "To attend the International Conference on the Fantastic in the Arts" section and you'll find the link to .doc and .pdf versions of the form. In addition, there has been a slight change to the 2010 rates for those of you subscribing to Science Fiction Studies (or for those of you who were mailed the old form before the increase of $1.00 was officially announced). The new rates for SFS are as follows:
domestic individual: $20
domestic institution: $30
foreign individual: $22
foreign institution: $32
As always, make sure you book your hotel room as soon as possible to ensure you aren't disappointed as ICFA-31 is getting closer.

IAFA Elections
The ballot is now available for the upcoming IAFA election (Second Vice President, Treasurer). It is available from our IAFA website at www.iafa.org.

NYRSF: Rate Increase
A note to all IAFA members from David Hartwell:
For the first time in several years NYRSF have to raise rates a bit.
U.S. BULK RATE $28
U.S. FIRST CLASS $38
CANADIAN $34
INSTITUTIONAL $36
OVERSEAS VIA AIR PRINTED MATTER
UK & Europ $40 2.50 plus envelope
Pacific & Australia $42
The new rates go into effect in January 06, and so apply to all members for the 06 calendar year.
The membership renewal forms will be updated on the website shortly. But in the meantime, if you're sending in your membership renewal, make sure to adjust your total for your subscription to NYRSF (an optional benefit) accordingly.
