IAFA

JFA, now in its 20th year of publication, is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the study of the fantastic in Literature, Art, Drama, Film, and Popular Media. It is published three times a year by the International Association for the Fantastic in the Arts at Idaho State University, where production offices are located. Articles are fully refereed and are indexed in the MLA Bibliography. Like the International Conference on the Fantastic in the Arts, from which it was generated, it welcomes papers on all aspects of the fantastic in English, American, French, Spanish, German, and other national literatures, as well as interdisciplinary approaches including music, philosophy, sociology, psychology, political science, and religion. All papers are in English. JFA is currently publishing Volume 20. Back issues of Volumes 6 through 19 are available, as are some earlier issues. Please contact us for details. Alphabetical author and title indexes of Volumes 1 through 9 and 12 are also available onsite; indexes for Volumes 10-11 and 13-19 will be available in the near future.
